Axis Q6032-E PTZ network dome camera
The Axis Q6032-E is an outdoor-ready network dome camera built for demanding surveillance applications. The camera provides fast and accurate pan/tilt/zoom control, allowing users to monitor wide areas, follow activity, and zero in on specific portions of a scene. With 35x optical and 12x digital zoom, the camera has the ability to read license plates from distances of up to 525 ft. Another key function of the Axis Q6032-E is its auto-tracking feature. This enables the camera to automatically detect and follow moving objects that enter the field of view.
For extreme climates, the Axis Q6032-E offers Arctic Temperature Control, which allows the camera to operate and even power up at temperatures down to -40 degrees F. The camera also features an IP66-rated housing that protects against dust and water. With a built-in SD/SDHC memory card slot, the Q6032-E is able to store video footage onboard in case of a power failure.
To optimize network bandwidth and storage space, the Axis Q6032-E supports multiple H.264 streams. H.264 is a new compression technology that allows users to stream high-quality video at file sizes that are significantly reduced when compared to previous compression standards.
Other key features of the Q6032-E include Power over Ethernet for flexible installation, day/night functionality, and a unique E-flip function that allows for uninterrupted panning without blind spots.
